Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed condition and in the original packaging; please note that cut-to-order fabric and patterns are generally final sale.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our Customer Service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the box, then use the provided pre-paid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send it back to our warehouse.

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
